K2 visits the Fire Station

Hou Kong Premier School organized K2 children to visit the Fire Station Museum and the Central Fire Action Station in December 2019.

With the guidance of teachers and the assistance of volunteer parents, K2 children attended the Macau Fire Station Museum for a visit. During the event, the children put on fire clothing and fire caps and feel the fun of being little firefighters. The firefighters and staff introduced various fire fighting tools, fire fighting methods and escape methods to the children. The children were both excited and curious, especially when they saw the firefighters slid down handsomely from the high irons. At the end of the visit, everyone took a group photo with the fire truck and the firefighters.

The children benefited a lot from this visit. They not only knew the daily work and environment of the firefighters, opened up their horizons, but also enriched their knowledge and experience in fire protection.
