K1 Parent-child Autumn Tour

On 26th October (Sat), HKP Kindergarten held an autumn tour to promote parent-child relationships and strengthen communication and cooperation between home and school. The K1 level autumn tour destination is the Health Trail of Hac Sa Reservoir. This activity is a parent-child hiking activity, parents accompany their children on foot to complete the 1.5-kilometer health trail, which takes about 40 minutes. On the day, this autumn tour was launched in the autumn sunshine with more than 300 parents, students and teachers.

At about 9:15am, the children and parents arrived at the school gathering place. After a while, the teacher led the parents and children to take the big bus to the Hac Sa Reservoir. At the Hac Sa Reservoir some of the children are holding hands of their parents, and some of them talk with their friends hand in hand, with joy and excitement on their faces. First, each class took a group photo, and then takes the teacher's leadership to the health trail of the Hac Sa Reservoir. In addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way, the children carefully observe the natural scene and discover a variety of new things from time to time, and ask their teacher and parents about them. When the health trail was completed and returned to the reservoir square, some children were already sweating, while others were relaxed. Everyone took out snacks and fruits to share with other children, and they all had satisfied smiles on their faces. Each class also organized group activities: playing games, sharing snacks, interacting with each other, and it was irresistible not to participate.

This activity allows the child to have a close encounter with nature. In this green mountain, everyone can breathe fresh air together, talking and laughing. At the same time, it also cultivates the spirit of children's curiosity and exploration of nature, and there is more interaction between parents and children.
