“The Body is Amazing”- K3 Workshop

From October 10th to 18th, 2023, our social worker conducted sex education workshops for children in each K3 class.

The content of the activity is mainly divided into the following three parts:

Part 1: Body parts "You need to know". Using images of a boy and a girl, ask the students to point out the private parts of the boy and the girl respectively, then the social worker teaches the correct names of these private parts.

Part 2: Understanding "Good contact" and "Bad contact." Point out the differences and give examples of good contact and bad contact. For example, good contact can make people feel warm and safe, and bad contact can make people feel uncomfortable, impolite, and scared.

Part 3: N.O.T. Safety Trilogy (Self-protection Methods), namely NO-Shout for help, OFF-Get out of dangerous places, and TELL-Tell someone you trust.

During the activity, children can actively express their understanding and feelings. Through discussions and interpretations of different situations, children learn how to protect themselves and how to ask adults for help.
