K2 Autumn Hiking

In order to let the children get in touch with nature and feel the happiness and joy of traveling with their parents, the K2 class of Premier School Affiliated to Hou Kong Middle School organized a parent-child autumn hiking activity on October 13th in the scenic Ká-Hó Reservoir Natural Park.

The children are accompanied by their parents to the destination by bus. The starting point of the lake trail is a steep staircase, but the energetic children did not feel any difficulty at all. They soon reached the second section, a long, narrow and high bridge. Although the children felt afraid going onto the bridge, they bravely walked over, and unconsciously sensed that the scenery of the reservoir is so beautiful! Along the way, everyone sang in unison, sometimes they took pictures, all the way with laughs and joy. At the end of the trail, each class placed a tablecloth and sat down, the children shared food happily, and the parents took the opportunity to share each other's daily life, and the scene was joyful and peaceful.

After the activity, some children said that they would like to take the bus again, or go to the autumn hike once again. The activity not only adds a closer feeling to the relationship of the parent and child, but also enhances the friendship between the students, and also makes the children feel the beauty of being close to nature.
